Application Procedures

    1.Applications must be turned in at the Lamar Study Abroad office of Dr. Joanne Lindoerfer,
       Social and Behavioral Sciences Building, 203M, P. O. Box 10653, Lamar University,
       Beaumont, TX  77710.  If you do not receive notification that your application was
       received, please email joanne.lindoefer@lamar.edu

    2.All applications must be received during the semester immediately prior to the semester in
       which you will study abroad.
       For Spring : the preceding Fall
       For May mini and summer : the preceding Spring
       For Fall : the preceding Spring

    3.In order to be complete, applications must contain the following materials:

    a. Application Form, including:
    b. Transfer Certification Form
    c. Unofficial Lamar Transcript;
    d. International Education Fee Grant Agreement, signed by the applicant.

    You will receive email notification that your application has been received. However, the
    notification does not guarantee that your application is accurately filled out in compliance
    with the rules. If you do not receive an email within two weeks, please email at
    joanne.lindoerfer@lamar.edu.
