- Listening to individual student needs and accurately reflecting those needs back to the student.
- Creating an atmosphere of honest, open, and mutual respect and partnership between students and staff, students and students, and staff and staff.
- Providing support services and connectedness to resources on or off campus to all students so that they may successfully matriculate through the University and move into the work force and the world.
