The Hurricane Plan also serves as the basic Business Continuity Plan.   A hurricane represents the only reasonably plausible peace-time catastrophe that could affect the entire campus and therefore constitutes the worst-case scenario for business continuity planning.  Preparation for each successive hurricane season serves as the annual review and update of business continuity plans.
