INTRAMURAL SPORTS SIGN UP
READ THE BELOW INFORMATION ABOUT SIGNING UP FOR A SPORTTo sign up for the sport of your choice, individuals must download all forms under the "individual" column below.
To form a team, the
team captain must download the full packet from one of the sports link below.
* Both individuals and team captains may turn in their forms to the Information Desk, or email them to Intramural Sports.
Only completed entry forms with team name, captain/individual player's contact information and players on rosters with their LU/LIT numbers filled in will be excepted.
To email entry forms to Intramural Sports:
1) Click on and save each the necessary form on your computer.
2) Fill out and re-save the form on your computer.
3) Attach the form(s) to an email and send to
intramurals@lamar.edu
* Once we receive your email, you will get a confirmation email stating you have successfully signed up for that Intramural Sport
New Captain's Meeting Policy
Started in Fall 06, a representative for team sports and the participant of an individual sport must attend the captain's/rule meeting.
If no one attends the following penalties will be imposed:
Individual Sports -
Charged a $5 fee and a handicap depending on the sport for the start of the game/tournament. The participant must also speak with an Intramural Sports employee about the rules and policies during office hours
(M-F 8am-5pm). This must be completed before a participant can begin play.
Team Sports- Charged a $10 fee and a loss of first game. The team representative must also speak with an Intramural Sports employee about the rules and policies during office hours
(M-F 8am-5pm). This must be completed before a team can begin play.
* If a representative for team sports and the participant of an individual sport cannot attend the meeting, notify Intramural Sports no later than one week before meeting. Intramurals@lamar.edu
