Fitness Center: The Fitness center and Fitness programs provide opportunities to work out at the individual's pace or to sign up for more structured programs. With a variety of free-weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment, the fitness center has everything you need to keep your body in top condition. For more information, click on "fitness" in the quick links list.
Tennis Courts: The Lamar
Tennis courts are open Monday through
Sunday to all students, faculty, and
staff. Outside groups or
organizations must contact Ron Westbrook
at 880-8304.
Health and Human Performance Complex
A: The HHP Complex A, formerly
the Women's Gym,
is open to students, faculty, and
staff, and includes indoor basketball
courts for basketball, volleyball and
badminton, the Aquatic Center, and a dance
studio.
Health and Human Performance Complex
B: The HHP Complex B, formerly
the Women's Gym
Annex, is located just
behind HHP A and is the center for gymnastics
equipment.
Aquatic Center:
The
Aquatic Center offers an indoor pool
located in the
Health and Human Performance Complex
A and is
open to students, faculty, and
staff. Lifeguards are on duty at

Driving Range:
Looking
for a place to work on your golf game?
The Lamar driving range is perfect!
Its free to student's, faculty, and
staff and its located right on campus.
We have everything you need to suit your

Ty Terrell Track: Keep in
shape at the track. Open to all
students, faculty, and staff.
