Transcripts Attention Academic Partnership students – If you are in the Academic Partnership Program, please
check your unofficial transcript to make sure your grade has posted before
ordering an official transcript. If ordered before grades have been
posted, your transcript will not show the grade, and it will be your
responsibility to order and pay for another transcript once grades have
officially posted. Due to the nature of the course schedule, Academic
Partnership students should not select the hold for grades option. If you
select the hold for degree option, your transcript will be mailed the week
after graduation.
Transcripts
are $5.00 each and can be ordered in person, by mail, or
online. Individuals who are not in the Student Information System (SIS) may
request transcripts by fax, but payment will need to be made via our website. There is a
24-hour
processing period for transcript requests. Photo
identification is required when picking up your transcript.
If
you need the envelope sealed, please indicate this in your request. If ordering
more than one transcript and you need them in separately sealed envelopes,
indicate that on the transcript request.
