Beginning November 23, 2008, to meet the Move Update standard, addresses must be processed through an approved Move Update method no more than 95 days prior to the mailing (i.e., a mailing submitted on November 23, 2008, must be processed through an approved Move Update method no earlier than August 20, 2008). In addition, after November 23, 2008, to qualify for standard mail discounted prices, mail pieces must meet the Move Update standards.
Any standard mailings processed after November 23, 2008, must be accompanied by a PS 6014 form or have list/database submitted one (1) week prior to mailing to enable University Mail Centre staff to prepare for above mentioned requirements.
