Ms. Robert joined the Student Health
 Center team in 2002. She was
born in Houston and has resided in Beaumont for the past twenty years.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing, and a Bachelor of
Science degree in Nursing, from the University of Texas Medical Branch in
Galveston, Texas; and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the
American Nurses Credentialing Center. She attended Lamar University in
the 1980’s, graduating with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
Her professional interests include community education related to women’s
health/wellness issues, and research on the diagnosis and specific treatment
plans for the allergy-related symptoms she frequently observes in her
practice.
When not at the Health Center, Ms. Robert enjoys spending time with her
family, gardening, bird watching, and enjoying sunsets at the beach. She takes
pleasure from visiting the pond located on the grounds of the John Gray
Center, and believes this to be one of the most pleasant locations on campus.
