Health Center Counselors
are available for appointments, Monday – Friday, from 8:00 – 5:00.
Students may either stop by the
Health Center (located on E. Virginia, next to the tennis courts), or call
the Center at 880-8466. Every effort will be made to accommodate the
student’s schedule for the earliest available appointment.
Students should plan to
arrive for their first counseling session 10 minutes early, so that they may
complete necessary informational documentation, and a personal file can be
made. They will need to show a validated university ID card at that time.
For each counseling session
after the initial appointment, students are asked to check in at the front
desk, immediately upon arriving at the Health Center.
We understand that
unexpected situations arise when a student may not be able to keep their
appointment. However, it is the student’s responsibility to notify the
Health Center (as soon as possible) that they will be unable to attend the
appointment. This allows counseling staff to offer that time to another
student.

Counseling services are
housed within the Student Health Center, located at: 857 E.
Virginia, next to the tennis courts and across the street from the
Dining Hall.
