Academic Enhancement Workshops

The academic enhancement workshops are sponsored by the Center for General Studies. This workshop series is designed to help students develop effective study skills and excel in their college courses. University faculty and professional staff conduct the one-hour workshops, instructing students in study methods, note-taking, test anxiety, time management, goal setting, memory tricks, reading textbooks, critical thinking, and stress management.

Note: Workshops are held each Fall and Spring semester and are FREE and open to all students.
