Program Description

The Fashion Retailing and Merchandising program provides professional training for a wide range of careers in the Fashion Industry. The curriculum includes courses that prepare students for a variety of careers including retail management, buyer, visual merchandising, fashion editor, event coordinator, stylist, human resources, fashion forecasting, fashion advertising and promotion, textile and fabric manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. Field Experiences include working in the retail environment as well as an opportunity to study abroad at the Paris/American Academy in Paris, France.
