The Foods, Nutrition, and Dietetics academic curriculum is approved by the
American Dietetic Association (ADA) as a Didactic Program in Dietetics.
Graduates of the program are eligible to apply for an ADA-accredited dietetic
internship or an ADA-approved preprofessional practice program (AP4).
After successful completion of an internship or AP4, an individual is eligible
to take the Registration Examination for Dietitians and, upon passing, become a
Registered Dietitian.
