The Facilities Management Department of Lamar University operates under the direction of the Vice President for Finance and Operations.  The building complex is located on the corner of MLK Parkway and East Lavaca Street .  The Facilities Management Department is here to provide services to the students, staff, and faculty of Lamar University .  The employees of the department are dedicated to the purpose of providing a safe, clean, attractive, comfortable, and functional environment within financial and regulatory constraints.
