Mission Statement
The mission of TCTI is to serve as the research, development and incubator arm for economic development and enhancement of industries in East Texas and the Gulf Coast. TCTI's primary focus is to support the economic development of the energy, materials, environment and infrastructure of emerging and established industries. TCTI is the umbrella for administering research centers to carry out the mission. Each center has a very specified mission to support the umbrella mission of the TCTI center.
