Tuition Payment is due at the time of registration. You may register by phone, mail, fax, or in person. You may pay with exact cash, check, purchase order, money order, or credit card. Registrations are processed in the order received and courses are closed when the enrollment limit is achieved. |
Parking Fees Parking permits are available from the NCP office. Permits are priced according to the length of the class, and are valid only for the duration of the class. For one-day seminars, special one-day passes are included in the tuition, and are distributed on the day of the seminar. |
Special Payment Methods NCP is glad to accept payment by third parties (employers, companies or agencies). To pay for classes, the third party must agree through submission of a purchase order or statement on company letterhead that the company will agree to pay all fees regardless of the student’s attendance or performance. Payment arrangements must be made prior to the start of the class. |
Cancellation of Classes Courses must meet minimum enrollment. You will be notified as early as possible concerning cancellations. If the course for which you are registered is canceled, you may either request that your fee be transferred to another course, or receive a full refund. |

Call 409-880-8342 for prices and store hours. Books may also be purchased through independent vendors. Supply lists will be distributed for courses with special materials.

A certificate reprint is available for a $5 fee. CEUs ($15) are only available for designated professional workshops and seminars that have met the official CEU guideline and criteria. Transcripts are available for a $5 fee from our office. Please allow two weeks for processing any of these items. |
