The Department of Theatre & Dance is a collaborative, multidisciplinary department. We continue to be dedicated to the promotion, development, production and appreciation of both theatre and dance through the integration of teaching, creative work and research, and service. We have developed a mission and a strategic plan to work to fulfill that mission, and all of our degree programs have been revised recently to insure that all students can obtain a high quality, well-rounded degree in theatre and/or dance while still graduating in a timely manner. We also offer an increasing number of scholarships and assistantships to aid students in pursuing their degree.
