Professor Stanley teaches television, film and video production and supervises the student-run television station, LUTV. He earned a B.A. in history and political science in 1981 from Stephen F. Austin State University. He earned a M.F.A. in film and video production from Ohio University in 1991. Professor Stanley also serves as a coordinator for the Spindletop/Lamar University Film Festival. He is currently working on a spoof of Jurassic Park titled Geriatric Park.
