Associate Director of Communications and editor of the newspaper East Texas Catholic since 1985, Ms. Gilman received a Lamar bachelor’s in Communication (she received awards for her work in the department and on the University Press while a student). An international traveler and active local volunteer, she teaches Media Writing.
