Mr. Andy Coughlan As Lamar’s Assistant Director of Student Publications, Mr. Coughlan works closely with the University Press. But he also has studied design at Britain’s University of Brighton, acts, directs, publishes the monthly arts magazine Issue (a winner of multiple SE TX Press Club awards), and is an exhibiting painter with numerous one-man shows. He teaches Photojournalism and Desktop Publishing.
