You may print an unofficial score report by logging into http://ibt.prometric.com/dsst.
The Official Score Report will be sent to your program of choice within 3 weeks from the date of completion.
Candidates must complete, sign and return to Prometric the Request for Special Accommodations Form.
Prometric's ADA committee will review the request and contact the Testing Center.
