Study Tropical Biology in Belize, Central America
Complete 8 credits of Tropical Terrestrial and Marine Biology (BIOL 4401/5401) study coming in May and June 2012 (or 13?).

Perform research while in the rain forest and on the barrier reef.
Interact with peoples and cultures of Central America and the Caribbean.
· 3 days on the neotropical savanna and paddling the Sibun River Watershed.
· 6 days in the tropical rain forest of the Cockscomb Basin Jaguar Preserve.
· 6 days of snorkeling the coral reef and mangrove lagoons of Tobacco Caye.
· Explore a Maya ruin.
Study Abroad Grants are available to full-time Lamar University students.
* Tuition is not included in the fee.
