Films in this category must be narrative in nature and can be made with the aid of synchronous audio/camera equipment. Entries must have been shot on film but can be edited digitally or on videotape. This category is especially designed for college students.

A college student is defined as someone who is actively seeking a college diploma
or who has not had their diploma for more than four months.
