College Narrative Film (non-sync sound)

Definition:
Films in this category must be narrative in nature and made without the aid of any synchronous audio/camera equipment. Entries must have been shot on film but can be edited digitally or on videotape. Entries may have music, dialogue, and effects added in the edit. This category is especially designed for first-year (Super-8mm and 16mm film) student productions, shot without the aid of synchronous sound equipent. This category is open to all college students.

A college student is defined as someone who is actively seeking a college diploma
or who has not had their diploma for more than four months.
