Benny Jo Monlezun Bates Memorial Scholarship
Major/Degree Required: Dance
Overall/Major GPA Required: 2.5 GPA
Class Level Requirements: Recipient must be an academically exceptional incoming freshman or a transfer student.
Class Load Requirements: Full-time student enrolled for a minimum of 12 semester hours.
SAT/ACT Score Requirements: Minimum scores required to meet university admission requirements as outlined by the University catalog
Other Requirements: First preference should be given to students from the Jacksonville, Texas area. The scholarship may be renewed a total of four academic years providing the recipient maintains a 2.5 GPA and the following standards: partcipates and is involved in the production of dance concerts; attends class regularly; displays a positive attitude
