Transcripts
are $5.00 each and can be ordered in person, by mail, or
by fax. There is a 24-hour processing period. Photo
identification is required when picking up your transcript.
If
ordering more than one transcript and you need them in separately sealed
envelopes, indicate that on the transcript request.
Transcripts
can be ordered in person in room 112 of the Wimberly
building on the Lamar University Campus. Please note there is a 24-hour
processing period.
Include
a written request with the following information:

Full name
§
Social security number
§
Date of birth
§
Approximate dates you attended
§
Where you would like the transcript mailed or if you will pick up
transcript
§
Your signature
§
Check or money order (make payable to “Lamar University”)
Transcript

If
someone other than the student will be making payment and/or picking up the
transcript, their name needs to be included on the transcript request.

Unofficial
transcripts are free. They are given in
person in room 112 of the Wimberly building. Unofficial transcripts will not be
mailed or faxed.
You
can also receive a copy of your Lamar Institute of Technology unofficial transcript
by going to our Student Information System (SIS) Online.
(Remember your Student ID is your Social Security
Number and your PIN is your 6-digit date of birth unless previously changed.)
Note: Course work prior to
Fall 1978 may not appear on the system. You may
request that it be put on by emailing records@lamar.edu.
